RCSA’s #LoveYourWork campaign celebrates agency work and raises awareness of the opportunity it creates across the Australian and New Zealand economies. #LoveYourWork shares real stories from real people that highlight the value and benefit agency work offers the people who work in the sector and the businesses they support. It lifts the veil on what agency work really is, reframing the narrative around different forms of work and championing the flexibility and opportunity that lead so many people to choose to become part of the agency workforce.
The private employment industry has already embarked on building a future of work that ensures fair and decent work for diverse forms of employment
Annemarie Muntz - President of the World Employment Confederation
At the heart of the debate around the future of work lies the issue of labour market security, which must be favored over job security. To fit the new reality, we must create a whole new social deal which embraces these new attitudes to life and work and which fosters the diversity that already exists in our labour markets.
Denis Pennel - Managing Director of the World Employment Confederation
Our membership to the World Employment Confederation enables us to stay abreast of international trends and to access advice and support in specialized areas such as advocacy, ethics and global best practice standards. This translates to higher levels of professionalism in the industry at local level which benefits our members.
Jacqueline Ford - CEO of APSO (South Africa)
